  • The order has not arrived in good condition, what can I do?

    In the event that the item is damaged due to transportation, it is recommended not to accept the shipment and to allow it to be returned to our warehouse. However, if you wish to accept the shipment, we kindly ask you to indicate the damage upon receipt and contact us so that we are aware of the incident. We will inform you of the necessary procedure for the return within a period not exceeding 7 days from the date of receipt, in order to file the corresponding claim with the transport company. In the case of a manufacturing defect, you have a period not exceeding 15 days after receipt. Once the item has been checked, we will replace it with another in good condition or refund the product amount.

  • Can I know the status of my order?

    You can contact us for any information about your order either through your account on megamusic.es, by e-mail, or by phone.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    If the item is in stock:

    • Spain: Standard Service: 5 to 10 working days, Express Service: 24 to 48 hours
    • European Union: 5 to 10 working days
    • Rest of Europe: 5 to 20 working days
    • America: 8 to 25 working days
    • Africa, Asia and Oceania: 15 to 40 working days

    If the item is not in stock, please add an additional 5 to 15 working days.

  • Are there shipping costs?

    Shipping costs will be included during the purchase process. Please note that if your order exceeds €14.50, shipping within Spain is free (except Abroad, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla). However, if you wish to receive your order faster, you can choose the express shipping option, which has a cost of €4.99 per shipment. For international shipments, please consult our shipping rates.

  • From where can I place an order, can I buy from outside Spain?

    From where can I place an order, can I buy from outside Spain? Of course, you can place your order from anywhere; we ship worldwide.

  • What do you do with my personal data?

    Your data is stored confidentially and used only as a client of Mega Music. As data controllers, we comply with the security regulations outlined in the Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 (LOPD).

  • Do the prices include VAT?

    The indicated prices include taxes. For sales within Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), the tax rate is 4% for books and sheet music and 21% for musical instruments and accessories. For sales abroad (including the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), taxes are deducted from the purchase.

  • When will I receive the invoice for my purchase?

    You will receive your invoice along with your order.

  • Are returns accepted?

    Returns:

    Mega Music offers a 14-day return period from the date of receipt of the product. The 14-day return policy allows you to return products if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale.

    Return costs:

    If you return a product due to an error on Mega Music's part, we will cover the return costs. If you wish to return a product without any error on Mega Music's part, the costs are borne by the buyer. In the case of damaged or defective products, Mega Music will cover the return costs within the 14-day period.

    Processing:

    The process of handling returns and refunds takes 2 to 3 weeks.

    Replacement of damaged or defective products:

    If you receive a damaged or defective product, we can replace it with an identical one. You must return the damaged or defective product within 14 days, and once received and checked, we will send the replacement.

    Product damaged during shipping:

    If you receive a product damaged during shipping, you must inform the carrier in writing that the package was received damaged and, in any case, reject the delivery for that reason or contact us.

    Incorrect product:

    If you receive an incorrect product, you can return it to us within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

    Products under warranty:

    You can return a defective product within 14 days from the date of receipt. You also have the option to contact the manufacturer directly to find out if it can be repaired.

    Warranty period:

    All products have a 2-year warranty period, except books and sheet music. Mega Music only covers the first 30 days as a warranty period; the remaining 47 months are covered by the manufacturer, to whom you should address any claims. Keep all information related to the warranty of your product. Contact the manufacturer to attempt to resolve the issue, as once the 2-year period has passed, the manufacturer will not cover repair and/or replacement of the product.
